Event: Coco Chill - Restorative Flow & Sound Relaxation
Coco Chill is our ultimate in relaxation - we invite you to unwind, release tension, and cultivate a sense of complete calm.
We will combine the best of our Reformer stretches with gentle and restorative Mat-based Yoga, closing with a 30minute sound relaxation.
The studio will be heated and lit by a calming light projection that fills the space with soothing colours, sounds and relaxing NEOM scents to bring us into a deep state of rest.
Coco Chill is an ideal way to slow down, recharge, and nurture your body.
We will provide mats, yoga blocks & eye masks, we recommend bringing a cosy blanket with you.
