Signature Coco moves - foundation focus.

Build strength, mobility and confidence from the ground up. This slower-paced reformer class focuses on the fundamentals, helping you improve technique, control and body awareness through signature Coco movement patterns.

Perfect if you’re new to reformer Pilates, returning after a break, or prefer a more stable and supported pace.

Suitable for beginners and all levels wanting a slower-paced class.

If you’re already attending the studio, you can continue regular classes until 14 weeks of pregnancy. After this, you’ll need to join our Prenatal Course.
