Perfect if you’re new to reformer Pilates, returning after a break, or prefer a more stable and supported pace.
Suitable for beginners and all levels wanting a slower-paced class.
If you’re already attending the studio, you can continue regular classes until 14 weeks of pregnancy. After this, you’ll need to join our Prenatal Course.
