Join us for a deeply relaxing and restorative reformer flow, stretch and sound bath. This evening is an invitation to pause, settle and reconnect with a slower rhythm.
You'll be welcomed with a gentle 30min reformer flow with Coco Instructor Lauren, followed by a 45-minute sound meditation with Rebecca. Using singing bowls, gongs and resonant tones, she’ll create an immersive soundscape to quiet the mind, release tension and calm the nervous system, helping you fully unwind. You’ll also leave with a little take-home reset gift.
Please note: sound baths may not be suitable during the first trimester of pregnancy, or for those with epilepsy, sound-sensitive conditions, certain serious mental health conditions or implanted medical devices. If unsure, please get in touch before booking.
