will enable you to harness life, so that you rest in that space of feeling both vibrant and calm.

“Function over Form” workshop special

Join Chrissie for a double workshop series this Summer and start to cultivate a deeper relationship to your practice. 

Bringing awareness to the function of specific poses, the invitation is to ignite a connection to those subtle aspects of your practice, so that you can begin to taste the essence and quality of yoga’s reach.

The aim of these workshops is to begin to unfold the bigger picture of yoga’s vast and complex truth, so that you can take these incredible tools and use them in a way that will help you to thrive on a day to day basis, making clear choices and picking the practice that is right for you.


Sunday 21st June 11.30am - 1pm  (90min Yoga Workshop)

Understanding Moon Practice; experience the essential tools that will assist you in calming an
otherwise busy mind. Reclaim tranquility, return to that part of you that is inherently at peace/ at
rest.

Taking the time to connect with this very essential part of ourselves, enables us to cultivate a
certain level of stability, so that we can remain calm even when life feels a little tough.
This workshop is ideal if:

  • You have a busy life or a busy mind
  • You feel anxious or ungrounded
  • You want to feel more stable and calm
  • You are not sleeping or digesting well
  • You are quick to anger or easily rattled emotionally
  • You want to improve your concentration and meditation practice

Understanding Sun Practice; techniques that will help you to recharge & replenish the system. 

Tap back into your full potential, reignite enthusiasm and vitality for life.

We need energy/ power in order to thrive, to stand and live a life of purpose, but it’s so important
that we learn how to build it in a safe & contained way with a mind that remains steady & clear.

This workshop is ideal if:
  • You are feeling stagnant or lazy
  • You are feeling sad or depressed
  • You are looking to feel more positive about life
  • You have poor circulation
  • You have low immunity
  • You are ready to start working more on the energetic level

There is no obligation for you to come to the two workshops, and they will work to inform just as well individually. 

However, if this sparks a certain level of interest to your yogi soul, the encouragement is to try both, so that you can really start to embody & understand the intricacies & contrasts of your postures & practice.

Workshop will include:

* Breakdown of essential methodology/ techniques/ theory behind class
* Yoga practice & Meditation to gain a felt sense/ embodiment of the teachings
