BEGINNER - INTERMEDIATE DYNAMIC REFORMER
This class is suitable for all levels, it is a great all rounder - a controlled pace of class where we build a foundation of strength and technique before progressing onto our other classes.
Our 50 minute dynamic and innovative low impact reformer workout fuses modern results-driven resistance training into the base of Pilates.
The machine works the whole body resulting in a low impact method that integrates breath with movement and activates your deep core muscles.
If pregnant and have been attending the studio already you can take part in regular classes up until the end of your first trimester. After this you can join our prenatal classes.
