COCO STRENGTH
To attend these classes you must have some experience of using dumbbells/ weights for strength work or attend regular classes with us already. If you have never lifted weights before - please join one of our beginner classes to start with.
Coco Strength is led by our team of trainers, PT's and pilates pros!
In a small group of 8 - you'll be guided through a class using weights (barbell, dumbbells, kettlebells), mat-work and reformer - with the overall goal of building strength.
Rotate around four Coco Strength stations with the guidance and support of your Coco Trainer who will coach you throughout the class.
- Every day we will run a different strength session.
- The classes will stay the same for 6 weeks to allow for the best results.
You can add variety by attending on different days of the week (each day will be a different workout!), and by mixing it up with our reformer classes.
