A 4-week introduction to reformer Pilates designed to help you build confidence, learn the fundamentals, and feel comfortable on the reformer.

Across four weeks, you’ll learn signature Coco movements, reformer set-up, technique, breathing and core principles - all in a supportive small-group environment with the same instructor each week.

The perfect starting point if you’re new to reformer Pilates or returning after a break. 

You'll build confidence, strength and have a whole lot of fun! Suitable for beginners.

These classes are non-transferable and non-refundable. The full amount for the course will be charged on booking.
