Strength training - the Coco way.

A strength-focused reformer class combining Reformer Pilates with strength training principles to help you build strength, endurance and confidence over time.

Using adjustable resistance, heavier loads, sets and repetitions, expect strength-based movement, an upbeat soundtrack and a seriously satisfying full-body workout.

With coaching and levelling options throughout, this class is suitable whether you’re new to strength training or looking to level up.

Suitable for all levels.

If you’re already attending the studio, you can continue regular classes until 14 weeks of pregnancy. After this, you’ll need to join our Prenatal Course.
