Coco is supporting World Mental Health Day this year by offering a FREE Coco Slow Yoga class. 

Join us at the studio and take part in a restorative yoga class to calm and restore both body and mind. 

The World Health Organisation recognises World Mental Health Day on the 10th October every year. This year's theme set by the World Federation for Mental Health is suicide prevention.

Being mentally healthy doesn’t just mean that you don’t have a mental health problem.
If you’re in good mental health, you can:

  • make the most of your potential
  • cope with life
  • play a full part in your family, workplace, community and among friends.
Some people call mental health ‘emotional health’ or ‘well-being’ and it’s just as important as good physical health.
