Power Pilates is strengthening and energising multi-level class which will challenge your powerhouse: abs (upper and lower), lower back, buttocks and the hip — this is the core of Pilates, giving you a solid foundation for any movement.
Improve posture, strength, endurance and muscle balance. From week to week Sarah may use resistance bands and/or weights , but we will always provide alternative options incase you don't have these at home.
Expect a challenging and uplifting class and a whole lot of fun with the Coco Crew!
