Join us in a 60minute calming Yin Yoga practice - create space through the release of mind and body stresses.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine with postures that we hold for longer periods of time.
The longer holds work to release connective tissue such as tendons, ligaments and fascia by finding your ‘edge’ - allowing your body to simply sink down and receive.
Open to all levels from complete beginners to more experienced students.
