Join us in our 6 Week Post Natal Programme. Designed to guide you in your very first movements post baby in a safe, satisfying and fun way!
Age limit:
You can come solo for some time to yourself or you can bring baby along (until crawling age). Please note we are a first floor studio so we recommend using a baby carrier.
The general rule with gentle Pilates training is 6 weeks post birth, however a caesarean birth will push things back to at least 6-8 weeks post baby.
We highly recommend seeing a women’s Physio to be cleared for exercise post birth - they’ll be able to give you a detailed rundown of how your core, pelvic floor and more are healing, and can advise what movement is best to start with for your body.
You will need to have had your 6 week GP check up and had the ok to start exercising again.
These classes are non-transferable and non-refundable. The full amount for the course will be charged on booking.
If bringing baby to classes, please try to bring in a carrier as we have no space for prams in the studio.
We do provide baby bouncers.
